Sweety High (the "Company," and any and all entities that control, are controlled by, or are affiliated or under common control with the Company, now or in the future, are collectively referred to herein as "we," "us" or "our") is dedicated to providing a fun, safe and empowering environment for our users, protecting your privacy and handling any personal information we obtain from you with care and respect. This Children's Privacy Policy is designed to answer your questions regarding our privacy policies and principles regarding our guests under the age of 13.

We recognize the need to provide additional privacy protections when kids visit the SweetyHigh.com website (the "Sweety High Site"). We explain those additional protections in this Children's Privacy Policy. For your convenience, this Children's Privacy Policy uses the same defined terms that are used in our general Privacy Policy.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; and that we obtain the consent of parents and guardians in order for children under 13 years of age to use certain features of the Sweety High Site. Below we explain how we do that for these special guests, hereinafter referred to as "kids." Furthermore, when we use the term "parent" below, we mean to include legal guardians.

While the Sweety High Site and our privacy practices are fully designed to comply with COPPA, we cannot guaranty the safety of your kids online and we cannot guaranty that your kids will not disclose their personal information or personal information about their friends and family when they participate on the Sweety High Site or when they use the Internet. While we may remove certain personal information disclosed in certain monitored activities, we cannot prevent your kids from disclosing personal information. It is therefore extremely important that you familiarize yourself with the Sweety High Site features, uses, and potential risks of use. Furthermore, you should familiarize yourself with the tools that we make available so that you can monitor and control certain information that your kids may post through the Sweety High Site.

The Internet can be a wondrous and educational place for your kids, but it also poses risks. Please speak to your children about safe Internet behavior and not giving out personally identifiable information without your permission, and make sure that they understand and are familiar with our Rules of Conduct.

The Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees that uses of the Sweety High Site will be completely safe or insulated from inappropriate behavior or content, and we do not represent, warrant or guarantee that other users will not attempt to circumvent the rules, features or aspects of the Sweety High Site. The Company does not assume any obligation, liability or responsibility associated with such behavior.

Kids can surf the Sweety High Site and view content without any personal information being collected. We do not collect personal information from kids unless they register with the Sweety High Site. Typically, guests will register in order to participate in contests or to fully participate in activities on the Sweety High Site. During the registration process, we may collect from kids: the kid's full name, e-mail address, parent's e-mail address, birth date, gender, screenname, password, school and city/state or zip code. If Sweety High does not receive consent from a parent within forty-eight (48) hours of the kid's registration, the data collected will be deleted. We collect birth dates to validate the ages of our guests, including kids. We also collect a kid's e-mail address from a parent for the purpose of sending the kid e-mail related to a subscription. For example, we would send the Company's "Sweety High" newsletters to a kid directly at the request of the kid's parent.

We may collect personal information from parents in order to allow kids to participate in certain features located on the Sweety High Site such as contests, messaging, or video uploads. These features may include sending e-mail, posting on message boards, entering contests and other similar activities. In the course of a kid's participation in these features, a kid may also provide us additional information about themselves, such as the contents of their chat or message board postings. If a parent allows us to collect personal information about their kid, we may link certain collected information to that personal information.

We collect information through technology to make the Sweety High Site more interesting and useful to you and for various purposes related to our business. For instance, when you come to the Sweety High Site, we collect your IP address. An IP address is associated with the access point through which you enter the Internet, and is typically controlled by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your company, or your university. Standing alone, your IP address is not personally identifiable. We may use IP addresses to collect information regarding the frequency with which our guests visit various parts of the Sweety High Site, and we may combine IP addresses with personally identifiable information.

The Sweety High Site collects information through a variety of technical methods, including cookies and Web beacons. Cookies are pieces of information that a website sends to your computer while you are viewing the website. Web beacons are small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the pages of websites that you visit. Network advertisers who place advertisements on the Sweety High Site may use cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to the Sweety High Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If a kid registers for, or participates in, a sweepstakes or contest, we use the parent's e-mail address to notify the parent of the kid's registration request. To personalize communications to a kid regarding a specific activity, we may use the kid's first name combined with the parent's last name and a mailing address provided by the parent when signing up for that specific product, such as a contest. We may use a kid's e-mail address from the parent in order to send the kid a newsletter, or other updates or information regarding the Sweety High Site. In addition, personal information regarding a kid may be collected and used to enable that kid's participation in certain interactive features such as video uploads, sending e-mail, posting on message boards and other similar activities. These activities may involve disclosure of a kid's personal information to third parties. In addition, we may share a kid's personal information with third parties to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the security of integrity of the Sweety High Site; to take precautions against liability; to respond to judicial process; or to the extent permitted under provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation related to public safety.

We obtain a parent's verifiable consent to the collection of their kid's personal information when their kid to create an account on the Sweety High Site. If the parent refuses to allow the kid's registration, we will not create the account and we delete the kid's information from our database. Once a parent provides verifiable consent to the collection of their kid's personal information, we will create the kid's account and provide the kid access to the membership areas of the Sweety High Site. If a kid wins a sweepstakes or contest with a physical object as the reward, we notify the parent at the parent's e-mail address provided to us during the registration process and request that the parent provide their postal address for purposes of delivering the prize. We may publish a winner's first name, first initial of last name, city, and state of residence on the Sweety High Site.

Many of the social aspects of the Sweety High Site might result in the public disclosure of certain of your kid's personal information to third parties on the Internet, such as posting on open message boards, We require verification during the registration process to confirm that the parent has given permission for the kid's participation in such features through one of the following means: (i) providing his or her last four digits of his or her social security number; (ii) providing his or her credit card information; or (iii) sending us, a signed consent form by fax.

Parents may access, change, or delete the personally identifiable information that we have collected from their kids by either logging on to the parent's master account or their kid's account at the Account Home Page http://www.sweetyhigh.com/login located on the Sweety High Site. The parent will need to have their kid's member name and password to log into their kid's account. Instructions are available on the Your Account home page explaining how to recover a password if the user has forgotten it.

We may amend our Children's Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide parents notice by e-mail of any material changes in the way we intend to collect, use, and/or share kids' personal information. To ensure these communications are received in a timely manner, parents should be sure to update their personal information so that we always have a current e-mail address. Material changes in our Children's Privacy Policy will be made only in conformance with applicable law, including any relevant provisions of COPPA that require parental consent.
