16 Things to Know About Will Buie Jr. on His 16th Birthday
It's March 25, which makes it actor Will Buie Jr.'s birthday—but this one is extra sweet.
Today, Will turned 16, and if you know anything about Will (and his profound love of all things to do with cars), you know why that's such a big deal. The actor also recently made a special guest appearance on an episode of Disney Channel's Bunk'd, returning to his beloved role as Finn Sawyer after being a series regular for three seasons, with many more exciting things on the horizon. We're almost as excited for Will's birthday as he is, and to celebrate, here are 16 big things you should know about Will—straight from the star himself.
1. Gaming isn't Will's go-to activity, but he does enjoy gaming when he can make the time.
"Playing Forza is my favorite. I got a driving simulator a couple of years ago for Christmas, and I really enjoy sitting in my bucket seat with the steering wheel and pedal set because it's the closest I can get to real driving. I wonder how much I'll play though when I actually get my license!"

2. He's really good at geography.
"I love geography trivia. I can tell you the location and capital of hundreds of different countries and I know some interesting facts about places not many people talk about, like Mongolia or Namibia."

3. He used to play on basketball and soccer teams when he was younger, but he wasn't able to keep up with the teams while pursuing his acting career.
"Recently, I started playing pickleball with a few of my close friends several times a week. It's a massively popular up-and-coming sport that I find very fun and challenging. Ironically, I first learned about pickleball from one of my Bunk'd set teachers back in early 2019. She took Scarlett Estevez and me out for a P.E. day, and while I had fun outside with Scarlett, I remember thinking this is a sport for older people. I look back at that time and laugh, especially thinking about how much I love it now. I also absolutely love watching every Formula 1 race, even if they start at 7 a.m. in my time zone. I have them all on my calendar!"

4. He'd love to improve his overall body agility.
"I know this sounds sort of weird, but I have always been kind of stiff. I am starting specific training sessions to help, so I am excited to begin working on this."

5. Sunny days are his absolute favorite.
"They are an instant mood boost. I like warm and cold weather—sometimes I like cold more! Every once in a while, I like foggy days because they bring an unexpected cool, dramatic vibe to the day."

6. When he orders pizza, he always goes for the meatiest option possible.
"I love pepperoni, ground beef, sliced meatballs, sausage, etc. The one meat that I don't like on pizza is ham. The sweet taste throws me off a bit!"

7. His best school subjects are world history and chemistry.
"I have always loved history, but I also surprisingly really like the complexity of chemistry this year. My worst subject is math. It just takes a lot more effort and energy for me to get an A."

8. His best fan encounter ever actually took place on Instagram with one of his Polish fans.
"She was one of my earliest and biggest fans. I haven't met her in person, but she sent me a package via mail. In return, I sent some Bunk'd merch back to her in Poland. I also sent her some exclusive BTS photos of the guest episode that just came out on Bunk'd. She had built a huge following on Instagram a few years ago, but something happened and the Instagram algorithm (I guess?) thought she was an imposter, so they deleted her account and she had to start all over. I felt so bad for her because she had put so much effort into her account. She'll probably freak out but I want to tag her here @lilianka14pl to say hi. Hi Lilianka! I enjoy meeting and interacting with any fans I meet when I run into them around

10. Dogs are his favorite animals.
"A safe option, but they are truly amazing—especially my English creme golden retriever, Cali, and my Shih Tzu-Maltese, Parker. They are so sweet and a lot of fun to have around the house. I love especially how Cali follows me around and truly gives all the love no matter what is going on in the day."

11. His dream vacation is a big trip across Asia.
"I've planned out flying into Tokyo, then Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore, and wrapping it up exploring Indonesia. This is what I hope to do to celebrate my high school graduation in a couple years!"

12. Many people don't know how deep his love of Formula 1 goes.
"It is very popular all over the world and growing in the U.S. The high-risk, high-reward ways of Formula 1 are so fascinating to me."

14. When people go to him for help, it's often for advice on choosing a car.
"I love offering my knowledge to help people find the car that fits them, their budget and their desires. I even thought about starting a business for it. I recently bought the website www.yourcarbuyguy.com—but I haven't done anything with it just yet."

15. One of his newest hobbies is Topgolf.
"I love normal golfing on a large course, too, but playing Topgolf with my friends is very fun and easier to access for me. The last time I went, I kept hitting the same way and the ball went soaring head-on into the sky,

16. What's Will's dream car on his big day? The answer is a bit complicated.
"I love cars and have been an enthusiast since I could walk and talk, literally. This is a question that I always struggle to answer because I don't really have just one dream car. My two favorites right now that I would love to see and test drive in person are the Pagani Huayra and the Koenigsegg Agera RS. I'm just so excited that I'm now 16, I can start driving on my own."
