A Definitive Ranking of Classic Bakers Square Pie Flavors
Thanksgiving is the season when pies have their shining moment, and we look forward to it every year.
If you live in the Midwest, you probably know the ultimate pie paradise: Bakers Square. It is undoubtedly the perfect place to go if you randomly crave a pie because they have endless flavors. To honor their great-tasting sweet treats, here is our definitive ranking of their most classic pies.
8. Country Apple
There is nothing we despise more than apple pie. The fruit's mushy, warm texture is terrible, and the flavor rarely compensates. Sorry, but Bakers Square couldn't make us like it. The best part is the crust—though we can appreciate it more with any other filling.

7. Triple Berry
Honestly, we don't like fruit pies in general, but their triple berry is a lot better than the apple pie. You can eat this one warm or cold—and the filling tastes better than apples. Still, we'd much rather have one of their sweeter pies.
6. Southern Pecan
The age-old debate: pumpkin pie or pecan pie? With Southern Pecan ranking this low, you can probably guess which side we're on. There's nothing wrong with it. It has a smooth texture and satisfying level of nuttiness. We're just not huge fans of pecans.
5. Lemon Meringue
We wouldn't eat a lemon meringue pie during Thanksgiving, but that doesn't eliminate how refreshing it is in summer. It's very tart, like a fresh summer lemon. The sugar balances it in the best way possible, and the whipped cream is literally the icing on the cake.
4. Cheesecake
When you think of Bakers Square, you probably don't think of cheesecake. But, hey, they still sell it, and we tried it. In our eyes, it's challenging to mess it up. It's a standard cheesecake. It has the cream cheese flavor and a nice, crunchy crust.

3. Coconut Cream
Like lemon meringue, we prefer coconut pie during the summer, but it's delicious during any month. This pie is nearly pure whipped cream, which is enjoyable if you ask us. The coconut shavings add crispiness, unlike any other pie at Bakers Square. It sounds like an odd description, but you have to try this magical dessert.
2. Harvest Pumpkin
We love pumpkin pie, and Bakers Square's Harvest Pumpkin doesn't disappoint. The pumpkin isn't overpowering but has enough spice to give you all the fall feels. The crust is consistent across all pies, but we think it pairs best with Harvest Pumpkin. Don't forget to order whipped cream on it.
1. French Silk
If there's a chocolate option for anything, we'll always pick that, so it's no surprise that French Silk ranks at No. 1. The chocolate in this pie is surprisingly rich, and the whipped cream adds a necessary kick of sweetness. For anyone new to pies, French Silk is the safest to try.
