14 Things You Definitely Never Knew About Alex Angelo
You probably know Alex Angelo as a DJ, dancer, singer and radio host extraordinaire. In honor of his music video for "Turn Me Up" being released TODAY on Radio Disney, we sat down with Alex for an exclusive interview. We're totally on the same page as him when it comes to the color he would wear for the rest of his life.
1. What's your favorite Disney movie?
It would have to be Toy Story. I used to watch it all the time as a kid.
2. If you could teleport anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
I would go to LA because I love it there and get so much accomplished when I am there. We go about once a month to dance and record. I hope to live there someday.
3. If you could describe yourself in one word, what would it be?
It would be "worker".
4. Who do you admire most in life?
Steve Jobs because of all that he built and accomplished in his life. I had to do a project on him for school and really liked learning about him.
5. If you were forced to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
It'd have to be Indian food. I never get sick of it!
6. If you had to wear one color for the rest of your life, what would it be?
This is an easy one for me, black! I wear black all the time. I feel most comfortable wearing black.
7. What's a quote you live by?
"Practice what you preach." I think it's important to follow through on what you believe in and preach. You can't just say you believe in something without acting on it.
8. If you could live in any movie, which one would it be?
Back to the Future because I could travel to different time periods and see what it's like to live then.
9. What's your favorite scent?
I like the Eucalyptus Mint candle from Bath & Body Works. It's my favorite candle that I like to burn.
10. What was the last thing you binge watched on Netflix?
The Walking Dead
11. What's your favorite lyric?
It's from "Turn Me Up" and goes "Let's Romeo and Juliet girl just play along." It has meaning to me because my sister wrote it in the studio and we had such a great time recording that song.
12. If you were suddenly turned into an animal right now, which would you hope it would be?
I would want to be a lion because lions are strong and are leaders.
13. What's your favorite ice cream topping?
Smashed up Oreos. I ordered room service in one of the cities on tour and got an ice cream sundae with crushed Oreos. It was so good.
14. What's your favorite thing about yourself?
I like that I am dedicated to my craft. I am very focused and determined to accomplish something that I have been working towards for many years.
