Allisyn Ashley Arm Sets An Example at Girltopia!

Allisyn Ashley Arm, best known for playing Zora on the Disney Channel's Sonny with a Chance and So Random, left us inspired after her discussions at Girltopia last week!

She was one of the awesome speakers on Girltopia and BYOU Magazine's celebrity empowerment and girl talk panels, speaking all about the topics of girl power and anti-bullying! She also spoke to Sweety High in an exclusive interview at the event.

"Well, there's a lot of young impressionable girls out there," Allisyn explained.

Many of those young girls look up to Disney and Nickelodeon actresses, which makes it even more crucial for young stars to be good role models.

"It's important for us all to get together and set good examples and tell them that it's okay to be themselves and to be fun and be silly, and really just let the real them shine," she said.

Girltopia was all about empowering young girls, and Allisyn said that she was honored to be a part of it.

"Girl power is all about being confident in yourself," she said. "Like putting yourself out there and getting out of your comfort zone. Knowing that you can do anything!"
