These Ingenious Cosplayers Ruled Anime Expo 2016

If Anime Expo were renamed "Cosplay Expo," we wouldn't be mad.

Over the long weekend, the biggest anime and manga convention in North America convened in L.A. with cosplayers from all over showing up to rep their fave characters with creative homemade outfits. These are not your average costumes.
