The 5 Best At-Home Workouts to Try By Our Fave Fitness Influencers

Since we're all stuck at home for the time being, it's important to stay active.

We know, you'd rather be on the couch watching Netflix, but trust us when we say you'll get bored of that real quick. Instead of staying on your butt all day, make sure you set aside some time to move and sweat…even if it's just 20 minutes! We promise you'll feel so much better, more energized and ready to take on the rest of the day. Continue below for five at-home workouts we found on Youtube:

1. Katie Austin

One of our fave fitness influencers, Katie Austin, has the best at-home workouts. This specific video is one of our go-tos because it's great for all levels. It's only nine minutes, so you don't have any excuses to skip it! Katie focuses on using resistance bands for this workout, toning all parts of your body. If you have resistance bands, you should definitely try this one out!

2. Keep It Cleaner

Keep It Cleaner is a world-class fitness program created by real life besties, Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw. While you do have to sign up to get full access to all of their workouts, meal plans and more, they offer free videos on YouTube! This at-home pilates workout is challenging, sweat-inducing and fun to do with a partner. Plus, at only 30 minutes, you'll get it over with in no time.

3. Nastassia Ponomarenko

Our girl Nastassia Ponomarenko's YouTube channel is full of fitness videos, product reviews, daily routines and more! We love her carefree personality and her ability to motivate us on the web. This specific workout focuses on your glutes, which is great because during these times, it seems like all we do is sit on our butts! We love the idea of doing this glute-engaging exercise along with some other short workouts.

4. Tone It Up

The girls at Tone It Up partnered with PopSugar to give us this incredible full body workout… for free! Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott lead this total-body bootcamp for 25 minutes, and all you need is a set of light weights. It's the perfect workout to do if you want to work up a sweat, and we recommend doing it with a family member or friend so that you can keep each other motivated.

5. Koboko Fitness

Since we all have to start somewhere on our fitness journeys, we think starting with a plank is the way to go. Kola Olaosebikan of Koboko Fitness gives us a step-by-step guide to doing planks. They're a major core workout, and way harder than you would think. If you do this for 30 days, don't be surprised if you look in the mirror and see some abs winking back at you!
