Rising Fashion Designer Ava Dehg Shares Her Style Story
19-year-old Ava Dehg is a rising star in fashion design, and poised to be the next big thing in style.
After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in L.A., she's currently attending grad school in New York City, further honing her creativity and love for bold design as she prepares for the next stage of her fashion career. We can't wait to see where her work takes her next, and we got the chance to catch up with Ava to find out about her style and the things that inspire her most.

1. Ava's obsession with style actually begins with fragrance.
"My mom wears Chanel perfume, and I would always go with her to buy her perfume. I still always go with her. I remember standing at the Chanel perfume counter with my mom and being in awe of their perfume ads. The model, the outfit, the styling—everything about it was so inspiring to me. I knew I wanted to create beautiful work like that, and I would love to be in a Chanel campaign."

2. Her personal style really depends on what she feels like wearing and where she's going.
"I'm inspired by so many people, places and colors."

3. She says she's always known that she wanted fashion to be part of her life.
4. Her biggest goal is to someday attend the Met Gala, working with designers and brands she admires.

"Bold blue is one of my favorite colors to wear and I'm obsessed with the romper."
