The Best Products Our Beauty Editors Tried in January

Our beauty editors try out tons of products each and every month, with the intent to find what's worth it, just for you.

From skincare to makeup, hair products, nail care and more, there's always something new and innovative to test out. January, in particular, was a great month in terms of beauty products. And out of all the ones our editors tried, they narrowed it down to the best of the best. Look below to find out which products our beauty editors tried and loved in January!

Fleur & Bee H2 Oh Yeah: $24

We don't know about you, but dry skin has been a major concern for us this winter. So when we were sent the H2 Oh Yeah hydrating moisturizer from Fleur & Bee, we were excited to see if it would help our skin. And it totally did. Formulated with aloe vera, squalane, sunflower seed oil and all sorts of vitamins, these ingredients work together to hydrate the skin and leave it feeling quenched and moisturized.

Gunkii Tongue Scraper: $29

If your morning and nighttime routine consist of brushing and flossing, you're still missing one step—scraping your tongue! Did you know your tongue is actually the main cause of bad breath? We've tried out the tongue scraper from Gunkii and our breath ad overall oral hygiene has never been better.

Peace Out Pore Strips: $19

Pores are one of the most annoying things we deal with on our faces—even worse than pimples, if you ask us! That's why we couldn't wait to try out these pore strips from Peace Out Skincare. One kit comes complete with four pore strips and four nose strips, all of which are meant to absorb oils that minimize the appearance of enlarged pores. You'll be left with smoother skin in as little as four hours.

Lime Crime Soft Touch Lipstick: $15

Today, Feb. 1, is the official launch day of Lime Crime's new Soft Touch Lipsticks. We were sent each shade ahead of the launch, and in addition to the beautiful colors and hues to choose from, the formula itself is also amazing. Even though these are matte lipsticks, they don't dry out your lips! Made with a vanilla and mint smell and super soft formula, these lipsticks are a must-try for all makeup junkies.

Pixi + Hello Kitty Anywhere Patches: $24

When we found out Pixi and Hello Kitty were collaborating together, we couldn't contain our excitement. Our favorite product from the collab has to be the Anywhere Patches. Instead of just lip or just under-eye patches, these can be placed anywhere on the face. With a formula consisting of peptides, hyaluronic acid and ceramide, these hydrogel patches will soothe and refresh your skin in no time.

Mydentity MySpotlight Shimmer Spray: $28

When it comes to our hair, we love trying out new products. Previously, we'd never tried a hair shimmer, so this one from Mydentity caught our eyes right away. Coming in a spray form, you'll be left with a rose gold hue without affecting your hair's dyed or natural color. We love spraying it on dry hair to really see the shimmer effect!

Ciaté London Glass Glow Skin Primer: $32

We're always on the hunt for ways to make our makeup application process smooth and easy, and that's exactly what we get with this primer from Ciaté London. As part of the Dewy Skin collection, it should come as no surprise that one of the product's promises is dewy and glowing skin. Formulated with hyaluronic acid, vitamins C and E, yuzu extract and dragon fruit extract, this primer makes applying your foundation as seamless as ever.
