'Love Me Again' by V

One by one, we have seen the seven members of BTS make their solo debuts, and V is the latest to join the club. For years, V has teased snippets of his solo work and has finally released the first single from his upcoming album. Known for his deep, soulful vocals, V was a standout in BTS' R&B songs and it's evident why in his latest release. In "Love Me Again," V croons over a simple guitar-led beat and expresses his desire to be wanted by his lover again. The song shows off his vulnerable side and incredible voice. If there's one thing we know, it's that V and R&B are a match made in heaven.

'Killin' Me Good' by Jihyo

Starting last year, the members of TWICE began making their solo debuts. First was Nayeon with "Pop!," but now, it's leader Jihyo's time to shine. As her first introduction to the world as a soloist, Jihyo released "Killin' Me Good." The flirtatious song allows the main vocalist to flaunt her bold and distinctive voice while perfectly capturing that new crush feeling. If this is just Jihyo's first solo project, we can't wait to see what she comes out with next.

'Memories' by RIIZE

When it was announced that SM Entertainment would be debuting a new boy group, all eyes turned to RIIZE as they are SM Entertainment's first boy group in seven years. The seven-member group features a mix of new and returning SM faces who come together to create their own unique sound. "Memories" is a comforting song that feels like a hug in musical form. The lyrics talk about building special moments with friends, with a chorus sung by the vocal line and smooth raps delivered by the rap line. All in all, it's a perfect introduction to the new group that gives each member time to shine.

'Bubble' by STAYC

Since their debut, STAYC have established themselves as the queens of bubblegum pop. With their latest comeback, STAYC dives deeper into the sound with a lovely, light-hearted song. On "Bubble," the girls deliver a message of embracing your individuality and self-confidence over an EDM beat. It's the perfect song to listen to when you're down or even if you just want to have fun.

'Slay' by EVERGLOW

For two years, fans of Everglow had eagerly waited for the group's return. Now, the wait is finally over, and we can say our patience has paid off. We might have just found our latest girl power anthem.

'Blessing in Disguise' by Huh Yunjin

Although Huh Yunjin is known for being a member of powerhouse girl group LE SSERAGIM, she has been finding her own voice through her solo releases. Her previous releases include raw lyrics depicting the world through her point of view, and "Blessing in Disguise" is no exception. The song takes the heavy topic of leaving your whole life behind to begin the idol journey and puts a positive spin on it over a groovy beat, depicting Yunjin's optimistic outlook for what would become her new life. It's painfully honest and comforting and shows that whether it's in a group or solo, Yunjin was destined to be a star.

'Madeleine' by LIMELIGHT

Although LIMELIGHT is a new girl group, making their official debut in February of this year, they've already released a mini-album and made an appearance at KCON 2023. Refusing to let their momentum dip, they released their first single album. Their latest single, "Madeleine," is a dreamy love song layered over a dance-pop beat. We can't wait to see what these talented girls come out with next, but for now, we'll be singing our hearts out to "Madeleine."
