14 Gorgeous Lipsticks We’re Loving This National Lipstick Day

This Saturday, July 29, is National Lipstick Day, and we're celebrating by wearing plumped, moisturized and brightly colored lips.

Our team has tried pretty much every lipstick brand under the sun, so we know better than most that not all lipsticks are created equal. Not sure which brands are actually worth your time (and money)? Just in time for the holiday, we've gathered a list of our all-time favorite lipsticks, stains, oils and glosses that deserve to grace your lips.

r.e.m. beauty practically perfect lip stain marker: $18

We've said it before, and we'll say it again: r.e.m. beauty's practically perfect lip stain marker is one of the best makeup products we've ever used. This tried (we've repurchased it more than five times) and true item is one of the only lip stains on the market that left color on our lips, even after being wiped off. We always gravitate toward it whenever we're going out to eat or on days when we're simply not in the mood to reapply makeup every few hours. Despite the bright colors on the website, it's a buildable product, which we always appreciate.
