8 Psychological Thrillers You Need to Read in 2023

We don't know about you, but lately, we've been majorly hyperfixated on psychological thrillers.

There's just something about the page-turners that we can't get enough of, and if you're on the hunt for your next read, you've come to the right place. We've personally read these eight psychological thrillers that have come out in the last few years, and these books are definitely worth a read in 2023.

1. The Housemaid by Freida McFadden

Freida McFadden is one of our favorite authors in the psychological thriller genre, and that obsession started when we first read The Housemaid. Following a young woman who lands a job as a live-in maid at the Winchester residence, this book is all about obsession, lies and a seemingly perfect family—but there is so much more here than meets the eye. Once you've finished this, move on to the next book in the series, The Housemaid's Secret, which is being released on Feb. 20, 2023.
