The Watchers – June 7
Fans of M. Night Shyamalan are going to love The Watchers, produced by M. Night and written and directed by his daughter, Ishana. It stars Dakota Fanning as an artist who gets stranded in the middle of a dense forest in Ireland, joining three other stranded strangers as they all get stalked by mysterious, watchful creatures in the night.
Inside Out 2 – June 14
Nine years after the release of Disney and Pixar's classic Inside Out, we're getting a sequel. This time, Riley has grown up to become a teenager, and life gets even more complicated and challenging when new emotions Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Embarrassment join the fray, competing with the existing emotions of Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust.
The Bikeriders – June 21
With a star-studded cast including Jodie Comer, Austin Butler and Tom Hardy, The Bikeriders is one of our most highly anticipated films of the summer. It's set in the '60s, following the rise of an outlaw motorcycle club in Chicago and its evolution over the following decade against the backdrop of American history.
The Exorcism – June 21
Fans of classic horror will get a rise out of Russell Crowe's upcoming thriller, The Excorism. It follows a troubled actor whose life begins to fall apart during the filming of a supernatural horror flick. Is he slipping into past vices, or is there actually something sinister and otherworldly about the film?
Thelma -June 21
Thelma, a film inspired by a true story, looks like it may be one of the sleeper comedies of the year. It stars veteran actress June Squibb as a woman who's scammed out of $10,000 by someone pretending to be her grandson, resulting in an action-packed quest across L.A. on a motorized scooter to get it all back.

A Quiet Place: Day One – June 28
The A Quiet Place franchise is one of our favorite newer horror series thanks to its innovative premise and genuinely chilling scares, and with A Quiet Place: Day One, we'll get to see how it all started. The new film will star Lupita Nyong'o and Joseph Quinn as two city dwellers who must survive when aliens with ultrasonic hearing invade New York City.
Despicable Me 4 – July 3
You read that right—the Minions are back. Despicable Me 4 sees the return of supervillain-turned-agent Gru, plus his wife Lucy, three adopted girls and new baby, Gru. Jr.—plus his army of Minions—as they face off against a new villain duo, forcing them to go into hiding.
Fly Me to the Moon – July 12
Anyone looking for a great rom-com will find what they're looking for in Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum's Fly Me to the Moon. It takes place during the Apollo 11 moon landing, with tension sizzling between PR specialist Kelly Jones and NASA director Cole Davis, and made even more complicated when they're tasked with staging a fake moon landing, just in case.
Twisters – July 23
18 years after the release of the original film Twister, Twisters is set to hit theaters in July. It continues the story in the modern day, as a traumatized former storm-chaser is lured back into the industry by new tracking technology, crossing paths with an adrenaline-loving social media star as they all get caught up in a massive confluence of multiple storm systems.
Deadpool & Wolverine – July 26
Deadpool & Wolverine is the team-up movie we've always dreamed of, with Deadpool entering the MCU for the very first time and Deadpool's signature R-rating. In the film, Wade Wilson comes out of retirement when the Time Variance Authority forces him into a new mission, joining forces with the mutant Wolverine and shifting the paradigm of the Marvel Cinematic Universe forever.

Cuckoo – Aug. 2
Euphoria star Hunter Schafer stars in Cuckoo, a thriller about a teenager named Gretchen who leaves her home in the U.S. to move in with her father in a resort in the German Alps. Despite seeming like a peaceful paradise on the surface, something is off about the place, and haunting visions and noises lead her to discover an unsettling secret.
It Ends With Us – Aug. 9
The writings of Colleen Hoover have positively taken over BookTok, and now, she's getting her first-ever film adaptation with It Ends With Us. Starring Blake Lively, it's a classic love triangle as Lily Bloom must choose between the neurosurgeon Ryle (Justin Baldoni) and her first love Atlas (Brandon Sklenar) while juggling the trauma of her childhood and her own burgeoning business.
Borderlands – Aug. 9
The iconic video game franchise Borderlands is getting a film adaptation this August, and we can't wait to see this bizarre world come to life. It stars with Cate Blanchett as the renowned bounty hunter Lilith as she returns to her home planet on a mission, teaming up with a cast of unusual characters, including mercenary Roland, tween demolitionist Tiny Tina, Tina's bodyguard Krieg, scientist Tannis and the sarcastic robot Claptrap. Together, they're going to find out their quest isn't quite what it appears.
Alien: Romulus – Aug. 16
After a number of Alien sequels, it's time for a prequel that takes us back to the beginning with Alien: Romulus. It follows a group of young space colonizers who run into the terrifying xenomorphs while investigating an abandoned space station, and we love the way it combines the classic terror of the Alien movies with an iconic teen thrasher.
The Crow – Aug. 23
2024's The Crow is a remake of the 1994 cult classic of the same name, reimagining the original James O' Barr graphic novel and starring Bill Skarsgård and FKA Twigs. When two young lovers are murdered, one of them—Eric Draven—is given the chance to sacrifice himself in order to save his soulmate. He's brought back from the dead, and immediately plans to exact vengeance on the evildoers who killed them.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice – Sep. 6
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is yet another highly anticipated sequel in 2024, revisiting Tim Burton's classic 1988 film, Beetlejuice. After the death of her father, Lydia Deetz returns to her family home in Winter River, bringing three generations under one roof—but things quickly go awry from her daughter summons the nasty "bio-exorcist" Beetlejuice. With Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder and Catherine O'Hara returning, this one's bound to be instantly iconic.
Transformers One – Sep. 20
Transformers One tells the origin story we never knew we needed. Starring Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree Henry, it follows Optimus Prime and Megatron back when they were best friends known by the names Orion Pax and D-16. The animated film seems fun and lighthearted, but we also won't be surprised if it gets emotional, too.
