We have to break it to you that we're adding one more trend to the list for 2023, but once you see what "Cool Girl Fall" has to offer, you may understand why it's worth it. It's fairly similar to the previously mentioned "That Girl" style, featuring a mostly neutral palette and a balance of baggy and fitted styles. Where it differs is that this trend is meant to take the place of the classic pumpkin spice fall looks we've seen scattered across Pinterest boards for roughly a decade now (think skinny jeans with ankle booties, long-length cardigans and oversized scarves paired with wide-brimmed hats), and it takes the other aesthetics up a notch by adding in edgier accessories that provide a little extra visual interest.

'70s Tones

Red isn't the only color we'll be seeing a lot of this fall, as 2023 is turning back the clock to the '70s with the array of the colors trending for autumn. Think subdued yellows (that's right, sunshine yellow is not just a summer shade anymore) and olive greens, both often paired with brown pieces that keep the whole look more natural.
