Keke Palmer presented at last night's Billboard Music Awards, and she totally nailed her look – but for a cost that was likely much less than so many of her fellow starlets!

The Scream Queens actress stunned in full glam by e.l.f. Cosmetics, applied by celebrity makeup artist, Matthew VanLeeuwen, a specialist for the brand.

"The inspiration for Keke's look came from the latex House of Harlow pencil dress and from Keke herself," VanLeeuwen said in a press release. "We discussed and decided to keep the makeup fresh and focus on glowing skin and stunning eyes to complement the dress! We kept the lip soft and neutral so the overall look was still youthful and fun."

The makeup maven achieved Palmer's desired appearance by using a range of the line's products, including moisturizer, primer, mattifying cream foundation, lifting concealer, bare finishing powder, setting spray, eyeshadow, blush, bronzer and lipstick.
