China Anne McClain's Sweet 16 birthday party was envisioned by master party planner David Tutera, and the big event will be featured tonight, January 23, on David Tutera's CELEBrations on WE tv.

Asked how China picked out the ensemble, she told us, "I had absolutely no blue, but of course David is a fashion genius."
