They're Playing Hard to Get

Another common reason they might've unfollowed you is because they like playing hard to get. While this may seem frustrating, at least you know they probably like you. Think about it. They likely intentionally unfollowed you hoping you would ask them about it. They needed an excuse to talk to you and they found it.

Following someone you like on social media makes you feel like you're already close to them, because you're given even more of a glimpse into their world. People tend to reveal a lot more on their socials than they do in real life.

Maybe they followed you because they were feeling you, were constantly staying updated on what you were doing, then realized they were a little too attached without having any actual interaction with you.
