9 Self-Care Practices You Can Do Daily
When was the last time you did something for yourself?

1. Block Out 5 Minutes to Meditate
Five minutes is no time at all, and even if you think you can't spare those few minutes—try! Block out at least five minutes of your day to meditate. It will relax and motivate you.

2. Make a Cup of Your Favorite Coffee or Tea
What do you look forward to in the mornings? For us, it's a steaming hot cup of joe. Treat yourself to your favorite coffee or tea every morning to start your day on a good note.
3. Drink a Glass of Water Right When You Wake Up
Remember to stay hydrated—it keeps you alert! It's super important to drink water when you wake up from a night's rest. We suggest drinking at least a glass right when you wake up.

4. Write Down 3 Things You're Grateful For

Even if you only go outside for 10 minutes, move your body each and every day. Whether it's a walk around the block, a yoga class or a gym sesh, your body will thank you.
