Daryl-Ann Denner Tells Us All About Her New Basics Brand nuuds
There's absolutely nothing we love more than finding a new brand to love and support, and that's exactly what's happened with nuuds.
nuuds is a basics brand that just launched on Oct. 28, and we were lucky enough to be one of the first ones to try it out. You can just tell the clothes were made with love from the luxe fabrics to the buttery-soft feel and silhouettes. It's everything you could want in your basics and more! We just had to learn all about nuuds and the creative process, and the founder, Daryl-Ann Denner, was kind enough to sit down and answer all of our most burning questions in the interview, below.
Sweety High: Tell us about yourself!
Daryl-Ann: I'm a wife, mom, influencer and the founder of nuuds! Once a high school chemistry teacher with a fashion blog as a hobby, I stumbled my way into the world of social media. The past seven years, I have shared all aspects of my life with the girls who follow me (like for real—I hold nothing back), who at this point feel more like best friends. Social media has become an outlet where I encourage everyday women like myself to feel like their best selves and not take life so seriously. From a blog that started as a creative outlet to launching my dream basics brand, I wouldn't change a thing! I'm thrilled to finally be able to share @nuudsofficial with the world. Trust me, you're gonna look great nuud!

SH: Tell us about your new brand, nuuds!
DA: nuuds was created to be your one-stop shop for attainable, high-quality basics that fit and flatter your body like nothing else. Throughout the production process, we kept "real bodies" in mind to ensure we achieved the best fits possible. From body diversity to intentional hems, our basics are bound to be your go-to grab.
SH: What prompted you to start nuuds?
DA: As a jeans and a tee kinda girl, I've spent years trying to find that perfect basic tee. This never-ending quest led me to go out and see if I could have it made exactly how I always wanted it. Whether you're wanting a super smoothing bodysuit to make you feel confident for a night out, or that insanely cozy sweatshirt you grab from your hamper night after night, nuuds has got you covered. I am so excited for you to get your hands on this product!
SH: What products are you most excited about?
DA: Definitely the bodysuits. I'm big on not only looking great, but feeling great in what you're wearing. The bodysuits are double-layered in the body for the filter effect, and single-layered in the arms for more comfortable movement. Our bodysuits do the opposite of giving you a "fredgie" (front wedgie—IYKYK). This is literally the bodysuit of your dreams!

SH: Is there anything else you would like us to know?
DA: Our whole goal with needs, was to create basics that make you feel like they were custom-made for your body. Whether it's the first bodysuit you've worn that actually makes you feel confident or the everyday tee you never wanna take off, we KNOW you're gonna look good nuud.
