A Definitive Ranking of Every Frappuccino on Starbucks’ Menu

Summer is right around the corner, which means Frappuccino season is here.

But not all fraps are created equal. If you want to see where your favorite blended Starbucks drink falls in our hearts, scroll through our definitive ranking below.

20. Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino

Unfortunately, this frap doesn't taste like anything and have a strange and gritty mouthfeel. This frap serves as the base of many other drinks, but on its own it's forgettable.

19. Crystal Ball Frappuccino

The Crystal Ball Fraps could never live up to the hype of the Unicorn Frappuccino before it. The peachy flavor gets lost in the vanilla, and the aesthetic of the drink IRL never matches up to the pics you see online. Plus, the candy on top that decides your fortune just doesn't taste that good.

18. White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino

This drink isn't a win for us. Though it's a coffee drink, it's likely too sweet for most coffee-lovers. It also has a strange aftertaste due to the combination of ultra sweet white chocolate and bitter coffee.

17. Double Chocolately Chip Crème Frappuccino

Despite being double chocolate, this drink is nowhere near chocolately enough. While we do enjoy chewing on the drink's big chocolately chunks, they tend to get stuck in the straw, making it really difficult to finish the drink.

16. Red Velvet Crème Frappuccino

While red velvet cakes are delicious, they don't always translate all that well as drinks. We like the chocolate notes in the drink, but the addition of raspberry syrup makes the flavor taste off somehow. After all, there's no fruit in a traditional red velvet.

15. Pokémon Go Frappuccino

We're actually big fans of the creamy, refreshing taste of vanilla, raspberry and blackberries, but the blending in of freeze-dried blackberries is a little too much. This results in big, hard seeds ruining every sip—which is the last thing you want when you're running down the street in search of Pokémon.

14. Strawberries & Crème Frappuccino

It might be more appropriate to call this a strawberry milkshake, but we're not mad at it.

13. Cupcake Crème Frappuccino

The Cupcake Frap is essentially the Vanilla Bean Frap with the addition of some hazelnut syrup, but we think the flavor really works. It brings out the best of the vanilla flavor and adds a little something that's lacking in the plain version.

12. Chai Crème Frappuccino

We think the spicy, sweet chai flavor gets lost a bit when it's blended down with milk and ice. We'll always recommend the iced chai over the frap, but it's still pretty darn good.

11. Coffee Frappuccino

It's a simple blended coffee. What could go wrong?

10. Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino

If you like a hint of vanilla in your iced coffee, this drink is tough to beat. It's really tasty, but nothing to write home about.

9. Java Chip Frappuccino

This delicious blend of coffee and chocolate would be ranked way higher if the straw didn't always inevitably get jammed up with little java chip bits. The coffee-tinged chocolate bits are delicious but annoying, and we don't want to have to work to drink our fraps.

8. Horchata Almondmilk Crème Frappuccino

If you're looking for an authentic horchata flavor, you'll probably be disappointed by this drink, but it's still totally sippable. It mixes sweetness and cinnamon with almond milk to bring a different dimension to your coffee.

7. Lemon Bar Crème Frappuccino

We are giant fans of anything lemon-flavored, and this drink does not disappoint. The lemon and vanilla come together to create a refreshing flavor that isn't too tart or sweet. Plus, there's nothing else like it on the menu.

6. Matcha Green Tea Crème Frappuccino

If you like green tea ice cream, you'll like this matcha frap. It's not too bitter or too sweet, and it leaves a refreshing green tea aftertaste in your mouth long after you've taken the last drink.

5. Caramel Frappuccino

If you like your coffee on the sweeter side, you'll love the Caramel Frappuccino. You'll probably get a sugar rush afterward, but that's the cost of getting something that gets the sweetness just right.

4. Mocha Frappuccino

It's hard to fault this drink. Chocolate and coffee are a match made in heaven—particularly when it comes to a cool blended beverage.

3. Cinnamon Dolce Frappuccino

There are cinnamon-sugar swirls of deliciousness in every sip of this frap, and it's absolutely delicious.

2. Caramel Cocoa Cluster Frappuccino

Toffee nut syrup makes everything better. The combination of caramel and nutty flavors in the syrup takes this blended coffee to the next level. We're going to start adding it to all of our Starbucks orders.

1. Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino

Cinnamon roll-flavored anything will always be the best version of that thing, and Frappuccinos are no exception. Cinnamon and coffee go together beautifully, teetering between sweetness and bitterness and never fully giving in to either side. We're in love.
