Demi Lovato Teen Choice Awards Performance Tonight!

We don't know about you, but tonight we'll be tuning in for a Demi Lovato Teen Choice Awards performance! We'll be keeping a close eye on the awards, and waiting to see if Demi will nab one!

Demi will be performing her latest single "Made In the USA," and also will be singing alongside The Wanted.

Demi has been nominated as Choice Female Artist, Choice Single: Female, Choice Female Hottie, and Choice Smile. She's also a judge on The X Factor, which also received a nomination!

This performance will be Demi's first since she had her singers removed in July! Demi also recently sprained her ankle while rock-climbing. We hope she'll be well enough to show us a thing or two onstage!
