Divergent Movie Trailer Teases Upcoming Film!

A Divergent movie trailer has finally hit the web, generating tons of buzz for the upcoming movie, which releases March 21, 2014!

Divergent takes place in a civilization that believes that humanity can only thrive if every person finds their rightful place in society.

The community is divided into five factions, each representing a human virtue. These factions are Abnegation, Amity, Candor, Dauntless and Erudite.

On a certain day every year, sixteen-year-olds take tests to help them make the life-changing decision to either stay with their factions in the faction into which they were born, or pick another more suitable faction where they will spend the rest of their lives.

When the test doesn't work on a girl named Beatrice, she learns that she is Divergent. She doesn't fit neatly into any of the five factions.

Beatrice's society sees Divergence as a threat that must be wiped out, so she must keep this a secret.

When Beatrice joins Dauntless and changes her name to Tris, she begins to question her choice, and finds out there's a lot more this society is keeping a secret.

The film stars Shailene Woodley and Theo James as the main characters, Tris and Four.
