Emmy was working three jobs and going to school, doing as many local performances as she could, when she wrote her breakthrough song, "I AM WOMAN." It blew up on TikTok overnight, highlighting her unique and empowering brand of R&B-pop, and has since gone on to be streamed more than 300 million times. Just last week, on May 10, Emmy released her debut EP, Hello Stranger, featuring her latest hit songs including "Breakthrough" and "Silence," which more than deserves a listen.
