Building upon the narrative of Dark Blood, Orange Blood delves into the theme of carpe diem, emphasizing the importance of seizing the present moment. Orange Blood narrates the unwavering determination of the seven boys to love [you] with an intensity that transcends time and embraces the fleeting nature of existence. It explores the idea of seizing the present moment and cherishing the connection they have with [you]. The warm and comforting radiance of orange light symbolizes their determination and passion in this pursuit.

At the showcase, ENHYPEN performed their title track, "Sweet Venom"—a funk-pop track composed by their very own member Ricky alongside prominent producer Slow Rabbit. The group's powerful stage presence was enhanced by their meticulously crafted choreography. Notably, the choreography featured a captivating "shh" pose, symbolizing the alluring flow of the "sweet venom," as well as a mesmerizing "quiet dance" that showcased their vulnerability by metaphorically revealing their "fangs" up close.

The concept behind "Sweet Venom" is a continuation of their past single "Bite Me." It reflects ENHYPEN's dedication to love through sacrifice and accepting the limitations of human life, as they are willing to endure the pain even if it's poisonous. This theme of sacrifice is carried out throughout the rest of their album, which includes seven tracks. Two of the songs include English versions of "Sweet Venom," one featuring TikTok personality turned pop singer Bella Poarch. This collaboration with Bella Poarch makes "Sweet Venom" even more special as it marks ENHYPEN's first collaboration with an artist outside of Korea.

"Mortal" encourages embracing the impermanence of life with captivating melodies and compelling lyrics sung in Korean, Japanese and English. "Still Monster" is a moving pop ballad produced by Pdogg that tells the story of a redeemed yet troubled monster and the love they receive from [you], exploring themes of self-doubt and conveying emotions with powerful vocals. "Blind" is an addictive alternative R&B track with a catchy melody that expresses an unwavering desire and obsession for [you], even when it becomes blinding, resonating with intense energy. "Orange Flower (You Complete Me)" is a cheerful soft pop track that compares the boys' appreciation for [you] to the symbolism of an orange flower, narrating their reconnection and assuring that [you] will forever be their love and salvation.
