We need these in our lives.

In India, many people don’t eat beef, so we’re not surprised to see Burger King getting creative with its Whoppers. This Chicken Masala Whopper looks truly delicious, replacing the beef patty with a grilled piece of chicken, complete with kadai gravy, jeera mayo and a crunchy chip lending it a unique texture.

The Burger Nasi Goreng Special from McDonald’s Indonesia may not look all that strange on the surface, but when you learn that nasi goreng means “fried rice,” you view this burger in a slightly different light. Here’s another creation that we think KFC establishments in the United States could copy, stat. Australia’s Mashies are basically a mashed potato croquette, except instead of being filled with veggies or meat, they have a hot gravy center. These babies definitely take the fried fast food experience to the next level.

It’s not the ingredients in this Cheesy King Chicken Burger from Burger King in Indonesia that make it unusual, but its appearance. A cheesy bun, fried chicken patty, and four additional cheeses should be par for the course in the fast food world, but this looks unlike anything we’ve seen at American joints. Someone should put a change to that, because it looks delicious.

Yes, American KFC fanatics did get the Naked Chicken Chalupa a while back, but we simply don’t think it compares to the Kentaco from Singapore. This invention replaces a traditional taco shell with a large piece of fried chicken, which is then folded and filled with lettuce, tomato and four different types of cheese. Why do they have to be so far away?

“Salted egg” is a flavor we don’t see at all in the states, but in many Asian countries, the sharp and savory taste of salted duck eggs is so beloved that chips, crackers, ramen and more aim to replicate the flavor. This Burger King Indonesia offering is no different, topped with cheese as well as a salted egg yolk sauce and cheesy tots.

We only wish the dishes from Pizza Hut in the U.S. looked like this. Pizza Hut Hong Kong’s menu once featured this incredible star-shaped pizza with pull-off crispy cheese and bread bites wrapped around small sausage and two types of cheese. The center of the pizza also featured tomatoes, scallops and crawfish, plus plenty of cheese and a drizzle of honey mustard sauce.

We think it’s a little weird that Australia beat the U.S. to the punch when it came to creating a KFC Kentucky Burger. It featured a crispy chicken fillet topped with coleslaw and crispy onions, as well as two slices of cheese, bacon and an authentically smokey barbecue sauce.

Here’s another delicious offering from Burger King in India inspired by the country’s most beloved recipes. This one includes a piece of flame-broiled chicken marinated in a tandoori chicken masala sauce, topped with a spicy mint mayonnaise and rings of raw onion. It might not be exactly like chicken fresh out of the tandoori oven, but it comes close.

It’s layered with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese as well as cheese sauce, topped pineapple pieces and “chicken ham.”

This one featured a chicken patty with kimchi seasoning, plus spicy Korean sauce, cheese and mixed veggies. Of course, its black charcoal buns are the most notable ingredient.

McDonald’s is a brand that knows how to adapt its recipes to the tastes of its customers, and the Honey Garlic Chicken from McDonald’s Indonesia is proof of that. While you’d never see a rice bowl dish at a McDonald’s here in the states, their recipe of crispy chicken with honey garlic sauce over rice makes us totally jealous.

There’s something about a chopped salad in a cup that’s uncanny and uncomfortable to us, but perhaps KFC Australia’s customers don’t feel the same way. These salads contain all of the veggies and chicken in a cup, allowing diners to add dressing and shake to their hearts’ content to mix the salad. It’s a fine idea, but we’re slightly uneasy about the whole thing.

Why does Singapore get all the good stuff? KFC Singapore’s Sour Cream & Onion Chicken takes their Hot & Spicy chicken and gives it a tortilla chip coating before it’s deep-fried and then sprinkled with a dusting of sour cream and onion seasoning. When they call their chicken “finger lickin’ good,” they really aren’t kidding.
