Everyone flirts differently, and we happen to think zodiac signs play a big role in how we communicate—or conceal—our interest. Aries (March 21 – April 19): Playful

If you're an Aries, chances are that you're playful and flirtatious when you're trying to get your crush's attention. You might tease them a little or even poke fun at yourself, but it's always in good fun. Your flirtiness can be spotted from a mile away, which is exactly what you want.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20): Sincere

As a Taurus, you're practical and want to flirt in a manner that will produce results. Your flirting involves demonstrating your interest in a person and really meaning it, but you never come off as too aggressive. Your true intentions will always shine through, but whether or not they like you back is a different story.

 

Gemini (May 21 – June 20): Hot and Cold

Geminis can be pretty indecisive, so you never know quite how to talk to your crush. One minute you're extremely available and flirty, and the next you act like you barely know them. Usually, these fluctuations are a reaction to how you've just treated your crush. If you can, try to find the middle ground and stay there.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22): Touchy-Feely

Cancers are known for being emotional, so you probably want to know right away if your crush can handle your strong feelings. You tend to share a lot with them to gauge how they react to you at your very best—and your very worst. You want them to be able to share their sentiments, too. It's the deciding factor in whether or not things will work out between you.

 

Leo (July 23 – Aug. 22): Straightforward

Leos are extroverted and optimistic, so you're not one to beat around the bush. If you like someone, you'll pretty much tell them right off the bat. Depending on their response, you usually know whether a relationship will blossom or that it's time for you to move on. You don't get hung up because you're confident the next person will say yes.

Virgo (Aug. 23 – Sept. 22): Analytical

Virgos never take action without first weighing all of the consequences, so you're very careful about letting on that you like someone. You typically consider all of the things that could go totally wrong if your crush found out, so you don't often make a move. When you finally do, it's at the perfect time under the perfect carefully calculated circumstances. What could go wrong then?

 

Libra (Sept. 23 – Oct. 22): Not Too Little, Not Too Much

Libras are symbolized by scales because they emphasize balance in their lives, and likewise, you always try to carefully straddle the line between too little and too much. You always make sure that you're friendly and attentive toward your crush, but not so friendly or attentive that your infatuation with them is completely obvious. Someday, you hope they take the hint, but it might not happen until you tip the scales a bit.

 

Scorpio (Oct. 23 – Nov. 21): Enigmatic

Scorpios don't like to show their cards, so you tend to add an air of mystery to your flirting. You know a lot more about your crush than they know about you, because you always listen and tend to be tight-lipped about yourself. This can definitely make you seem intriguing, but it can also backfire. How can they know if they like you back if they don't know anything about you?

Sagittarius (Nov. 22 – Dec. 21): Testing

Sagittarius is adventurous and idealistic, so chances are that you test your crush a bit when you flirt with them. You ask questions to find out if they're curious about your interests, or invite them to activities that'll reveal if they're up to the same challenge that you are. You won't rule them out if they fail the test, but passing is a big plus.

 

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 19): Subtle

As a Capricorn, you tend to be a little bit reserved and traditional, so you never come on too strong in your flirting. You try to keep things as subtle as possible and aren't even sure if you'd ever want your crush to have the slightest clue that you're into them. After all, you think they should be the one to make the first move.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 – Feb. 18): Inquisitive

As a curious Aquarius, you're always asking questions, so obviously you've incorporated that into your flirting style. You get to ask all the personal questions about your crush that you ever wanted to know, and they're none the wiser because you're like that with everyone else, too. Since you're always interviewing people, chances are you have an idea of what your crush thinks of you.

Pisces (Feb. 19 – March 20): Creative

Pisces is the most creative sign of the zodiac, so your flirting style is anything but ordinary. Maybe you like to construct things, like art projects or crafts, or demonstrate your creativity through music or dancing to catch your crush's attention. Maybe you just think outside of the box to say things to your crush that would only resonate with them. Either way, you're certainly going to get their attention.
