Librans are known for valuing fairness and doing all they can to maintain balance in life, much like the penguin-like Delibird. It's an extremely generous Pokémon and loves to share with people and Pokémon alike, and is even famous for saving people's lives in times of need. Any Libran would be delighted to befriend a Delibird.

Scorpios have a magnetic charm while remaining mysterious and difficult to know, much like the legendary ice bird, Articuno. Scorpios are similarly hard to befriend, but once you do, you'll have a friend for a lifetime.
