Everything You Wanted to Know About Canadian Power-Pop Band Good Kid
With high-energy, feel-good hit after hit, there's no denying the musical power of five-piece Canadian power-pop band Good Kid.
Known for beloved tracks including "From the Start," "Alchemist," "Nomu," "No Time to Explain" and so many more, Nick Frosst, Jon Kereliuk, Michael Kozakov, David Wood and Jacob Tsafatinos are rapidly on the rise, and just last week, they released their new EP, Good Kid 4. The group also just kicked off a tour of the United States in Seattle, Washington, and to celebrate, here's everything the group shared with us as our latest Man Crush Mondays.

1. What's the one thing Nick can't stop doing on his phone?
"Devoting my unyielding and unabated focus to it."

"It tells us where to be and what to think while touring."

8. Michael can usually find inspiration in new music.
"Often it's one of my bandmates playing a song by another artist on the speaker of their phone in our rehearsal space. I remember when Jacob played "Tek It" by Cafuné—that song blew my mind. I ran home to learn the parts and ended up playing a lot of guitar after."

"Fun fact: In grade seven, I was so bad at music that I failed the class. Who's failing now, Mr. Phillips?!"
