1. Vegetable Salad
Vegetable salad is the recipe for you if you are looking for a meal that will fill you up while also helping you meet your daily vegetable intake. First, you want to gather all the necessary ingredients. The amounts will vary on how much you want to make, and what veggies you like, but we recommend avocado, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, dressing and seasoning. We like olive oil with garlic salt, and occasionally a dash of Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning, but the way you flavor your salad is up to you. Once you cut up each of the vegetables into cubes, mix in your choice of dressing and seasoning. It's just that easy.
2. Stir Fry
If you are looking for an Asian-influenced dish to add to your everyday use, stir fry can solve all your Chinese food cravings. Add oil to a pan and throw in bell peppers, sugar snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, onion and minced garlic—or whatever other veggies you like, before topping off with soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chicken broth and cornstarch. You can even add a meat of choice, and your tasty, easy meal will be ready in no time. Serve over rice to complete the dish!

3. Salmon and a Side
This versatile and super easy recipe doesn't take much time at all, and can be done with whatever vegetable side you like! Once you've prepped your salmon and veggies with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper and cilantro, wrap them in some aluminum foil and toss it into the oven at 425° F. If you want to add a little kick, lemon juice and Sriracha are both wonderful choices.
4. Greek Salad
Greek salads are so delicious and are a great alternative if you are tired of eating classic salads. Tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, bell peppers, olives, avocado and feta cheese come together to create a delectable and refreshing meal. Add any dressing you prefer for taste. However, combining olive oil, fresh lemon, red wine vinegar, garlic and herbs (plus a hint of honey) will pack a tasty punch for this flavorful and colorful salad.

5. Chicken Fried Rice
It's time to add an easy one-skillet recipe to your collection. Begin by heating oil in your pan and adding your seasoned chicken. Cook thoroughly before removing, and adding some peas and carrots (or any other tasty veggies of your choice). Add a couple of cloves of garlic and cook for a minute or so before adding an egg to the other side of the pan and scrambling, Then, add back the chicken, rice (leftover white rice works great!) then add a drizzle of soy sauce and sesame oil until cooked through and warmed.
6. Pesto Chicken Pasta
Start by cooking whatever pasta you like in a pot while cooking the chicken in a pan. You may season the chicken with whatever you want, but garlic salt is always a great addition. Once the pasta is done cooking, strain and add to your bowl. Mix in some pesto sauce and add your chicken on top. It's really that simple. And if you are feeling to spice things up, add sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes for even more flavor.
