A Definitive Ranking of Island Way Sorbet Flavors
Once we stumbled on the viral dessert brand Island Way Sorbet on TikTok last year, we just knew we had to get our hands on the creamy, fruity desserts served in real fruit shells, and we couldn't have been more delighted when the brand sent us a huge case to test our all of the flavors for ourselves.
There isn't a single dud in the lineup, but that doesn't mean that there aren't certain flavors that have completely won our hearts. Below, find our definitive ranking of every Island Way Sorbet flavor.
9. Heavenly Coconut
We're sure that Heavenly Coconut is someone's favorite Island Way Sorbet flavor, but as we're not big coconut fans (outside of the right context), we're not super impressed by this flavor. The texture and smoothness are nice enough, but there just isn't anything about the mild, nutty flavor to write home about.

8. Chocolate
You might be surprised to find Chocolate this far down on the list, but Island Way Sorbet simply isn't a brand we turn to when we're craving chocolate. The sweet chocolate flavor does complement the coconut creme well, but we prefer the rich, tangy flavors you'll find further down on this list.
7. Lemon
In our opinion, this is where the flavors start getting really good. There's something so refreshing about a bright and citrusy lemon sorbet—especially when you get some of the bitterness of the real lemon peel in your scoop. The only reason this one doesn't rank higher is that there's so much goodness ahead.

6. Pineapple
Again, the Island Way Sorbet Pineapple flavor is delicious, but a little plain compared to some of the brand's other offerings. Though the pineapple definitely has a fresh island taste, it does tend to get a bit samey by the time you finish scooping out the little pineapple bowl.

5. Mango Orange
Island Way Sorbet really excels with its flavor combinations, and its blend of Mango and Orange truly is as good as it sounds. It's tangy with a bold burst of citrus in every bite, though we do find it the most mellow and least exciting of their fruity combos.

4. Ruby Red Berry
We're wild about great citrus flavors, especially when they're as bold and complex as this Ruby Red Berry option. The grapefruit isn't overwhelmingly sour or bitter, but lends complexity that's well-rounded by fresh berry sweetness to make this an unforgettable treat.

3. Zesty Pomegranate
Island Way Sorbet's Zesty Pomegranate flavor definitely leans on the tangier side, but that's just the way we like it. The classic lemon sorbet flavor is made even more memorable with the almost floral tartness of pomegranate, with each scoop bursting with just as much juiciness as the real seeds.

2. Piña Colada
We mentioned before that we're not usually big on coconut, but we're always ready to make an exception for the heavenly combination of coconut and pineapple found in Piña Colada. This flavor is good. The tangy brightness of the pineapple contrasts beautifully with the creamy, sweet coconut to turn this into a truly tropical treat.

1. Passionate Mango
We're not sure if this is a popular opinion or not, but we don't think any tropical flavor beats that of passionfruit. Put it together with mango, and you've got Passionate Mango, with just the right amount of tang, sweetness and vibrance to give this flavor the No. 1 slot.
