“It” Stars ‘Dominate’ London Based Art Show

Artist Richard Phillips just launched a show in London called "Most Wanted" where he showcased and immortalized some of the most sought out celebrities of today. The artist's aim was to capture the star's "capacity to dominate the celebrity media outlets with the published details of their public and private lives."

Each portrait shows the select celebs against branded step and repeats, striking "their rehearsed, red-carpet expressions". The description at the gallery is playful and says that the back drops give the canvas a sort of "trading card" or "decal" feel.
