We're not exaggerating when we say that singer-songwriter Lily Rose is one of the most exciting rising voices in country music, and it looks like she's gearing up for a very exciting year.
Lily recently announced that she'll be joining legend Shania Twain on her 2023 Queen of Me Tour for 11 stops across the United States this fall, starting on Oct. 12 in San Antonio, Texas, and we cannot wait to catch their incredible shows together. Her most recent track, "Truth Is," dropped in November, putting her incredible vocals and powerfully vulnerable and relatable songwriting on full display, and we think it'll be especially powerful live. After an ACM nomination for Best New Female Artist and becoming the first country singer to win the GLAAD Award for Outstanding Breakthrough Musical Artist in 2022, we also think many more accolades are headed her way. "It's not as much the lesbian aspect of it as much as the giving light and kindness back to others. I'm a firm believer that we have certain opportunities in life so we can put a smile on someone's face and give back to the community while also entertaining and being a firm example of living authentically."
