Video: 4 Major Things to Make Sure You’re Doing During Quarantine

Curious about four huge things you can due to keep yourself, and others, safe during the social distancing phase of the coronavirus outbreak? This quick video has you covered!

Step One: Wash Your Hands for 30 Seconds

Wash your hands with soap and water often and for at least 20 seconds, especially after you cough, sneeze or your touch your face—and after interacting in close proximity to others. Make sure you're thorough!

Step Two: Disinfect Anything You Touch Often

Use disinfectant on everything from your keyboard to your phone to door handles, and do so often! Remember that a clean environment is a safe environment.

Step Three: Sanitize Those Hands

For those moments you can't be near a sink with soap to wash your hands, go for hand sanitizer. Again, use it often, and especially after coughing, sneezing or touching your face. You may also want to keep some moisturizer nearby to combat dryness.

Step Four: Please Stay Home

By staying at home and social distancing from others, you're lessening your chance of being exposed to the virus, as well as keeping others safe in the off-chance you've been exposed yourself. The best course of action is to behave as if you already have the virus. Stay calm and spread love!
