March On Washington 50th Anniversary Celebration!

Today is the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech and the Great March on Washington!march on washington

On this day five decades after Dr. King's speech, celebrities, political leaders and more gathered in Washington D.C. to celebrate how far we've come in a more equal America.

The festivities included a performance by Mindless Behavior of their song "Future," speeches by Oprah Winfrey and President Barack Obama, and much more!

Celebrities have also taken to Twitter to post their thoughts on the momentous occasion! We think even more of our favorite people will be weighing in as the day progresses!
