Photo Tour Diary: Meet Me @ The Altar Get Candid About Their Hangout Festival Performance
Pop-punk band Meet Me @ The Altar is quickly solidifying itself as one of rock music's revivors—and simultaneously giving a spotlight to the grossly underrepresented minority voices in the genre.
The trio consisting of Edith Victoria, Téa Campbell and Ada Juarez came together in 2015 after hosting online auditions to find their lead vocalist (Edith) and, in their few years together, have already received co-signs from pioneering artists like Hayley Williams, Halsey and Alex Gaskarth.
We were lucky enough to receive an exclusive look at Meet Me @ The Altar's appearance at Hangout Music Festival. Read below to see what the band revealed about the performance, and anticipate the rest of their 2023 tour and festival run.
Family Affair
Meet Me @ The Altar: Me and my sister! I'm always so grateful when my family comes out to support us at as many festivals and appearances as they can. It's so special to me that we get to do that together.

Getting Real About Performing
MM@TA: We played early in the day yet still had an amazing crowd which is always a surreal feeling at a festival! It's so hard when you're not headlining and have no idea who's going to show up, but we love the opportunity to always win over new faces and also see who already knows the words and came out for us.
