Mockingjay Part 1 Trailer Reveals More Info!

The Mockingjay lives in the first full-length trailer featuring footage of the highly anticipated The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1!

In Mockingjay, Katniss Everdeen and her friends must adjust to their new live underground in District 13. Under the mysterious President Coin, Katniss agrees to be "Mockingjay," or the face of the rebellion against the Capitol.

In the new trailer, Katniss reminds President Snow that she never wanted to play such a role in the end of the Hunger Games. She merely joined in to protect her little sister, Primrose, and to keep childhood friend Peeta Mellark alive.

Snow responds that this compassion will be the thing to ultimately destroy her.

As the clip continues, Katniss discovers that Peeta isn't dead, as she believed. Instead, he's being forced to appear in videos that slander Katniss and her mission. Just as Katniss is the Mockingjay, Peeta is a symbol of the Capitol.

She makes it a mission to rescue Peeta, and put an end to President Snow's reign once and for all!

This latest installment in the Hunger Games series is just as intense and action-packed as the previous films, with ever-raising stakes. We can't wait to see even more of this beloved book series come to life on the big screen!

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will hit theaters across the country on November 21, but tickets will be available for presage starting October 29!
