1. "Come Up for Air" by Skylar Grey
Pop singer-songwriter Skylar Grey's latest track touches on the subject we least enjoy discussing—unrequited love. Her heartfelt lyrics and the emotion behind in her vocals create the recipe for a serious cry sesh. Sometimes you've just got to let it out.
2. "Never Be Mine" by Angel Olsen
You'll instantly be transported to the 1950s the second you press play on indie singer-songwriter Angel Olsen's newest single. When we heard it, we imagined ourselves slow dancing with our crush. Swoon!
3. "Ultraviolet" by Dagny
Alternative pop artist Dagny has gifted us the ultimate feel-good anthem. Its upbeat rhythm will have you dancing around the space you're occupying in no time. You can't fight the feeling.
4. "Enlighten Me" by Grouplove
Indie rock band Grouplove will be releasing their third album Big Mess next Friday and after listening to this new tune, we're counting down the hours until it's finally out. "Enlighten Me" is the perfect song to move and groove to at all your Labor Day pool parties this weekend.
5. "We Got This" by A Day to Remember
Whenever you feel alone or like the world is out to get you, bump this banger from rock group A Day to Remember and you're sure to feel a whole lot better. Like the song says, "you've got this!"
