Our Hearts Can’t Handle Khalid and Normani Kordei’s New Song Together

The lovely ladies of Fifth Harmony have been working on some solo projects apart from the group for quite some time now.

Lauren Jauregui and Ally Brooke have released their own music, and now it's Normani Kordei's turn.

The 5H member teamed up with Grammy nominee Khalid on a collaboration for the ages.

Listen to the duo's new song below, along with a few other of our fave New Music Friday releases.

1. 'Love Lies' by Khalid and Normani Kordei

This collaboration is too good to pass up. Normani and Khalid's vocals go together like PB&J, while perfectly complementing each other's unique sound. We'd like more of this, please!

2. '10,000 Hours' by PRETTYMUCH

No one could ever quite replace the hole One Direction left in our hearts, but PRETTYMUCH comes pretty close. Their latest R&B jam needs to be added to all of your party playlists stat. We're also not entirely sure this song was written about us, but we also don't know it wasn't.

3. 'Run for Your Life' by K.Flay

K.Flay's original tune for the Tomb Raider movie has us feeling like we're action stars while blasting it through our headphones. Without a doubt, it's the perfect song to workout to.

4. 'Ain't Never' by Noella Nix

A song about telling someone how you feel about them, Noella Nix's self-produced hypnotic track is exactly what you should all be sending to your crush right now. There's no better time than the present to share those feelings.

5. 'Hue' by Jon Haggerty

Singer-songwriter Jon Haggerty has a way with words. As he strums on his guitar, his honest and heartfelt words leave you with a sense of comfort, knowing someone else out there understands all you're going through.

6. 'Anyone But You' by Cally Rhodes

With this catchy dance jam, it's clear Cally Rhodes is about to become a full-fledged pop star real soon. Be sure to keep her on your radar this year.
