This EP takes listeners on a journey as Nikki covers the topic of love through a range of themes and stellar sounds.

We had the opportunity to chat with the singer about her latest single "Me, Myself and I," and we picked her brain about her inspiration to share her personal story through music.

Scroll below to hear her music and read what she revealed!

Artist: Nikki Yanofsky

Age: 22

New single: "Me, Myself and I"

What it means to Nikki: " 'Me, Myself and I' means a lot to me. It's a snapshot of me at my most vulnerable. I wanted to talk about my fear of being alone. I sometimes feel this way, it stems from feeling a lot like an outsider in high school. I realized this wasn't a healthy way of being, and writing this song helped me overcome that."

Biggest influences: "I have a few. I love Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway and Bruno Mars."

Dream venue: "Something about Madison Square Garden always gets to me. It must be a crazy feeling to be able to sell out a venue that size in a city full of artists and cynics alike. New York City is my fave city for that exact reason."

Dream duet would be with: "Bruno Mars is at the top of my list for sure."

Fave songs: "Chunky" by Bruno Mars, "Shape of You" by Ed Sheeran, "Say Something Loving" by The XX, "Dang!" by Mac Miller and "Me and Your Mama" by Childish Gambino

What you hope to accomplish: "I hope to be able to have a career that lasts me a lifetime and has a ton of integrity. I'd love to be able to sell out a show in any part of the world and connect with as many people I can, as many cultures as I can, through music."

Be sure to follow Nikki on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook!
