Demi Lovato started off the week with a great message, sharing a #NoMakeupMonday selfie!

Demi looks gorgeous in the photo, without a touch of makeup on her skin, freckles and all! She wants to start a trend on Twitter and Instagram, getting Lovatics everywhere to share their own selfies, sans cosmetics!

Demi's message reminds us a lot of a campaign Liv & Maddie's Dove Cameron championed last summer.

She shared her own selfie for #WokeUpLikeThisWednesday, wearing no makeup, showing off her natural hair, and not changing up a thing with filters or editing!

She also shared that, while she wears makeup on TV and in the movies, in real life, she tries not to wear any makeup at all!
