NuStrips Makes Taking Vitamins Easier Than Ever

Every morning I wake up, I reach into my bedside table and grab all of my probiotics, vitamins and pills for the day.

It's become a habit, and my gut and overall health definitely benefit from it. Since I'm always interested in trying out new products for my body, I was more than happy to try out NuStrips, a vitamin brand that comes in strip form. When the brand first reached out to me, I was immediately intrigued. Vitamins in strip form? How does that even work?

The Brand

NuStrips is first and foremost a nutritious vitamin brand, and they've made it their mission to make taking vitamins easy, accessible and pleasant. My favorite part about the brand is that its packaging is 100% recyclable and sustainable. In a world where 14 billion pounds of trash is dumped into the ocean every year, a little goes a long way, and I appreciate what NuStrips is doing.

 

The Products

NuStrips sent me three of their strip vitamins to try out for myself: Immunity, Beauty and Multi.

Immunity In a Strip: $29

The Immunity In a Strip vitamins are essential for anyone looking to remain healthy and not get sick, so pretty much everyone should take them. They're loaded up with all the good stuff—vitamin D3, zinc, propolis and echinacea—all of which work together to provide your body with support.

I was excited to try out the strip because of its sweet honey and lemon flavor, and my tastebuds were not disappointed. Letting the strip dissolve on my tongue was far easier than swallowing two or three pills that have similar ingredients. If you hate swallowing pills, I'm telling you this is about to change your world.

I took these vitamins for a month so I could truly see the effects they had on my body, and I loved the results. I work out about four or five days a week, so I'm already relatively healthy, but this was definitely the boost my body needed. I noticed less inflammation and simply felt better.

 

Beauty In a Strip: $29

Next up was the Beauty In a Strip vitamin, and I was definitely the most excited about this one. I take my beauty and skincare routine very seriously and figured it was about time to take something other than biotin. This strip is loaded with not only biotin but also folate and vitamin E, all of which support hair, skin and nail health!

This flavor did not sound good to me—kaffir and lime just aren't a combination I think I'd like—but after trying it out, the taste was so mild that I honestly didn't mind it. Plus, it was way easier than swallowing a few pills.

After taking the strips for a full 30 days, my nails are definitely the most improved. I've taken a break from gels for the last month to really let them get their strength back, and I think these strips really helped in that. As for my hair, I haven't really noticed a difference, but I might just need to take them for longer. My skin, on the other hand, is looking great. I don't have one pimple or breakout in sight, and for that I'm grateful.

 

Multi In a Strip: $29

Lastly were the Multi In a Strip vitamins. Multivitamins are essential to our health, so I was excited to see how my body reacted to them. Packed with ingredients like vitamins A through K, iodine and manganese, these strips are said to support overall energy, strong bones, complete nutrition, better metabolism, improve digestion and blood sugar.

The flavor for these strips is passionfruit, and I was more than willing to try it out. Once again, the taste was rather mild and easy to take. I love that NuStrips uses clean ingredients and no added sugar in their products, too.

I went through a whole month's worth of these strips and have never felt better. My knees don't hurt after my daily walks (which they typically do), my gut health seems to have improved and I feel more energetic, especially in the mornings.

 

Bottom Line

There's no doubt in my mind that NuStrips vitamins do their job. I couldn't recommend this product enough—not only for people who hate swallowing pills, but for anyone on the lookout for a new vitamin, whether it's beauty, immunity or multi.
