Oat Haus Granola Butter NEEDS to Be On Your Radar
I'm a sucker for cookie butter, peanut butter and almond butter.
So when I found out about Oat Haus and their granola butters, I knew it was time to try out a new, spreadable butter. I reached out to the brand after coming across a few Instagram ads, and they were kind enough to send me a few flavors to try out for myself! Continue below to learn all about the brand, the flavors and for my official taste test of the Oat Haus granola butters.
The Brand
Oat Haus was created for those whose bodies can't tolerate typical nuts. If your body can't handle peanut butter or other types of nut butters, I definitely suggest trying out Oat Haus at least once. With an array of delicious flavors to try, there's a little something for everyone to enjoy. I was initially intrigued by the cookie dough flavor, which was constantly on my Instagram feed. And after finally trying it out for myself, I can honestly say it was well worth the hype.

The Granola Butters
Cookie Dough Granola Butter: $12.95
The first flavor I tried was, shockingly, Cookie Dough! If I could survive off of cookie dough every single day, I would. However, that's just not practical, and if I'm ever craving something sweet, why not go for something a little bit healthier? Initially tried this flavor straight out of the jar with a spoon, and the consistency definitely took a lot to get used to. It was very runny and almost grainy, but the taste was amazing. With chocolate chips and vanilla extract overpowering the taste, I was more than happy with the result. So, after letting it rest in the fridge for a few hours, the consistency hardened up and tasted even more like real cookie dough. I've since gone through the whole jar and have experimented with trying it out with things like strawberries and apples. Delicious is an understatement!

Chocolate Granola Butter: $12.95
I love anything that has to do with chocolate—plain old chocolate bars, ice cream, pretty much everything! The only other chocolate spread I've tried is Nutella, so I had very high hopes for this flavor. Instead of a hazelnut undertone, this one was more reminiscent of brownie batter. It had a similar consistency to the Cookie Dough flavor and was full of amazing ingredients like cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil. The clean, crisp taste was delicious on sourdough toast drizzled with honey and coconut flakes. I never tried it as a PB&J-inspired sandwich, but I'm sure that would be super yummy, too.

Original Granola Butter: $12.95
Next up on my taste test was the original flavor—the one that started it all. I wasn't sure what to pair with this, so I took it to the website and tried out some of the options they recommended. I put it on some vanilla yogurt at their recommendation but added in a few things of my own like fresh berries, honey and cacao nibs. The end result was honestly out of this world. With ingredients including cinnamon, maple syrup and rosemary extract, the flavor combination was spectacular, and I can definitely understand why this is the OG! If you like cinnamon-flavored graham crackers, you'll fall in love with this flavor.

Vanilla Granola Butter: $12.95
Last, but certainly not least, on my list of granola butters to test out was the Vanilla flavor. The brand boasts that this one tastes just like sugar cookies, and I wholeheartedly agree. Made with simple ingredients like vanilla extract, coconut oil, salt and olive oil, this flavor came in a close second for me, after Cookie Dough. I tried out this flavor with a spoon (my favorite) as well as paired with tart, green apples and other yummy fruits.

Bottom Line
I can't believe I waited so long to try out the granola butters from Oat Haus, but the boy and I sure glad I got my hands on these incredible products! Whether you're looking to cut nuts out of your diet or just want to try out something innovative and new, I couldn't recommend Oat Haus enough. But be warned—you might need to control yourself from eating an entire jar in one sitting!
