The Pan That Can Do It All—Our Place’s Always Pan
At the end of a long workday where I've spent hours in front of my screen, I have one thing that I always look forward to, and that's cooking.
For some, time spent in the kitchen is dreaded, but I love it. There's nothing better than watching someone you love eat the food you prepared with your blood, sweat and tears (okay, maybe I'm being a bit dramatic). But in all honesty, I can't think of a better feeling.
Last month, Our Place sent me their Knife Trio and Cutting Board, and I was obsessed. Since then, I've been using them pretty much anytime I'm whipping something up in the kitchen. The brand knew I was a fan and asked if I'd also like to try out their best-selling Always Pan, so of course I said yes. Below, you'll find my full review of the Our Place Always Pan.
The Product
Always Pan: $145
When I received my Always Pan from Our Place, I immediately got to cooking. The packaging was spectacular and everything was intact, so all I had to do was give it a quick rinse and get to work.

Now, this isn't your ordinary pan or skillet—it's so much more. In fact, it's said to replace eight traditional pieces of cookware. Mind blown. So, what does the Always Pan replace? It takes on the responsibilities of a frying pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, non-stick pan and spoon/spatula rest.
If you're wondering what you can actually do with the Always Pan, you can fry, saute, steam, boil, braise, sear, fry and much more. This is definitely the nicest pan I've ever owned, and I decided to go with the Terra Cotta color. I think it complements my black and white kitchen and looks so good on my stovetop.

The pan itself is made with non-stick ceramic coating and has been an absolute dream to clean. With other pans, I've found myself scrubbing and washing and rinsing and repeating. With the Always Pan, however, the non-stick aspect is real. I give it a quick and thorough wash and it's as good as new.
When you order the Always Pan, you're not just getting the pan, but also a spatula, a lid and a stainless steel steamer basket. The pan has a built-in spatula rest (meaning fewer dishes to clean later) and has proven to be a real asset in the kitchen.
So far, I've used my Always Pan to cook chicken, sear steak, make croutons, fry eggs and steam veggies. In fact, I made a fun TikTok showing how I make croutons with the Always Pan.

Bottom Line
Truth be told, I'm obsessed with the Our Place Always Pan. I find myself reaching for it almost every time I'm in the kitchen and have yet to be disappointed. And, the fact that it's so versatile and non-stick has been a total game-changer for me (and those I feed!). Everyone should definitely get an Always Pan.
