People’s Beauty’s Clean and Cruelty-Free Skincare Products Are My New Obsession
The cruelty-free, vegan and non-toxic skincare brand People's Beauty is what all the cool girls are using this summer.
Emily Austin, broadcaster, TV host, Miss Universe judge and now the creator of People's Beauty, is making the search for the ultimate skincare routine effortless by handing it to you on a silver platter.

If you're anything like me, finding the perfect skincare routine has been a long, confusing process—and you're lying if you say you know what order your products should go in. Serum? Toner? SPF after or before moisturizer? Thankfully, I had the opportunity to try People's Beauty Essentials Kit ($105), and it gives my old skincare routine a run for its money. It even comes with in-depth instructions on which products go first and what purpose each serves in the lineup. I've been traveling for the last two weeks, and this was such a treat to come home to. Not to mention, it made my irritated, sleep-deprived skin plump and glowy again.
Step 1: Double-Duty Amino Gel Face Cleanser + Makeup Remover
This Double-Duty Cleanser and Makeup Remover works double-time to get me the glowiest, cleanest face. This gentle, pH-friendly cleanser gets deep into the pores to cleanse, nourish and protect. Also, it scrubs makeup right off with minimal effort, which is a big task given my ride-or-die affinity for waterproof eyeliner and mascara.

Step 2: Frontliner Mask + Scrub
Having dry skin, I've always been skeptical of exfoliators, but this product is a game-changer. I don't know about you, but my FYP is full of content regarding kaolin clay, and using this ingredient is now a religious practice in my household. Thankfully, kaolin is one of the first ingredients in this mask, helping to clear skin while preventing future breakouts. Amen to that!

Step 3: Triple Hyaluronic Acid Essence Toner
With triple the hyaluronic acid, this toner offers triple the action. It uses three different types of hyaluronic acid, working their magic to leave skin hydrated and moisturized while the pine mushroom enhances cell renewal and leaves me super luminous.

Step 4: Ultimate Rich Face Cream
After using this cream, newborn babies will have nothing on your soft supple, soft skin. Introducing the Ultimate Rich Face Cream—emphasis on the rich. This moisturizer is here to help lock all the other steps together and keep you looking flawless.

Step 5: Superfood Facial Dew
If you thought you were done with your routine at moisturizer, think again. I'd always found facial drops to feel sticky and leave my face greasy, but no longer! This Facial Dew will be your secret weapon if you want an effortless, healthy glow this summer.
