Aries (March 21 – April 19): A Lovely Berry Pie

We're kicking things off with Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, known for their bold and fearless attitudes. For them, there isn't a better dessert than a rich berry pie. Like Aries, it's equal parts sweet, tart and tangy, feeling full of life and vibrancy. The rich red color of the berries also matches Aries' fiery nature.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20): V-Day Charcuterie

Gemini, represented in astrology by twins, is a sign known for duality as well as adaptability, so expect their approach to Valentine's Day to be anything but predictable or boring. Their "dessert" of choice won't be a simple and straightforward sweet, but instead a spread that incorporates both tempting desserts and savory delights for them to pick and choose from. Even better, these social butterflies can share a full board of Valentine's charcuterie with a partner or a whole group of best friends.

Though they may appear tough on the outside, Cancers are big, sensitive softies at heart. Butter cookies with peekaboo jam hearts feel tailor-made for the sign, not just because they're suckers for traditional romance, but because these strong butter cookies holding a heart-shaped layer of tangy jam in the center reflects their personalities. Plus, with a sprinkle of powdered sugar for good measure, they're as multifaceted as the moody crabs, too.
