Resolutions That Are Actually Worth Making for 2023
December is passing by in a flash, which means the time of year between Christmas and New Year's is about to be here before we know it.
Whether you're the type of person who always sets strict resolutions or the type who thinks they're a total waste of time, you might want to start giving some serious thought to what goals you have for the upcoming year. To make things easier for you, we've rounded up a set of resolutions that are not only realistic, but also totally worth making for 2023. Let's start off with:
1. Travel More
One goal you won't regret achieving in 2023? Traveling more. Whether it be to nearby cities or faraway lands like you've never been before, travel is one of those things that excites your senses like nothing else. Even if you have to save up for a bit, it'll always be worth the effort (you can thank us later when reviewing all the reels you post in 2023).

2. Prioritize Your Health
Mental and physical, your health is important. The reason we think this resolution is one worth making is because prioritizing your health can look completely different from person to person, so you don't need to feel pressure to follow one specific plan or advice if it isn't what's best for you. Just try to move your body more, focus on your mental health and be sure to eat healthy whenever you can. That's it.

3. Cut Out the Things That Hold You Back
Do you have a bad habit you just can't seem to break? What about a friend seems to encourage more bad than good in your life, or a relationship that is not fulfilling you? Make it a resolution to cut these things out of your life. When you stop and take stock of what serves you and what doesn't, you'll quickly be able to see how much better life can be when you remove these roadblocks from your path to success.

4. Get Enough Sleep
We get it: You're young, you have things to do and sleep just isn't your top priority when you could still be doing whatever you want in that time. However, that lack of sleep will start to catch up to you in other ways, so trust us when we say that it's worth turning off Netflix an hour earlier or setting your phone on Do Not Disturb to catch some much-needed Z's and wake up all the more refreshed.

5. Be More Mindful
One of the biggest things you can do to improve your life overall (making it a perfect resolution to add to your list) is to improve your sense of mindfulness. Not only will this help you appreciate the small moments along the way, but it can have a massive positive impact on your mental health, friendships and overall happiness and satisfaction.
