After weeks of speculation and Royal Baby Watches, the new heir to the throne was born today at 4:24 p.m. London Time, or 8:24 a.m. here in California!

The new baby weighed 8 pounds and 6 ounces. After his grandfather, Prince Charles, and his father, Prince William, he's in line to be king of the United Kingdom!

The baby's name has not been announced yet, and it might be a while before we find out. Tell us what you think his name might be in the comments!
