Everything You Wanted to Know About ‘WYD Now?’ Singer-Songwriter Sadie Jean

Sadie Jean is pretty much the queen of the heartbreak ballad at this point, and her latest single, "Just Because," is further proof.

The rising singer-songwriter first rocketed onto our radars with the viral yearning anthem "WYD Now?" before following it up with "Locksmith," and "Just Because" feels like another essential part of that musical trilogy. We got the chance to discover more about Sadie's inner workings, in her own words, as our latest Woman Crush Wednesday.Sadie Jean Trivia Woman Crush Wednesday

12. Her pre-show ritual is all about getting pumped up.

"Before I go on stage, I'll YouTube search 'Dua Lipa performance' and just watch whatever comes up first. Even though our shows are very, very different, she really brings out my inner pop star."
