Everything You Wanted to Know About Ascension Singer-Songwriter Sarah Kinsley

With her eclectic and ethereal instrumentation and otherworldly vocals, singer-songwriter and producer Sarah Kinsley's music is unlike anything else we've heard.

Sarah is probably best known for her viral hit, "The King," but that beloved song was just the start for the rising artist. Earlier this month, she dropped her shimmery new EP Ascension, consisting of five tracks all about the one-of-a-kind connections people forge with one another, and the memories and experiences that live on between them forever. The EP is purely Sarah, as she created the entire thing out of her apartment in New York City, and her unique artistry is inherent in every vibrant note. Later this summer, she'll also be playing at Lollapalooza before opening for Weyes Blood, and then supporting Gus Dapperton on tour in the fall. For us, this is the summer of Sarah, and if you're equally obsessed, keep scrolling to discover everything she shared with us as our Woman Crush Wednesday.
