Selena Gomez Made Prom Super Memorable for Teens at Children’s Hospital of Orange County

There's so much hype around prom, that it doesn't always live up to your expectations. That is, unless Selena Gomez happens to pop in on yours.

Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) held its 17th annual Oncology Prom, and there were some big surprises.

Selena showed up at the "Around the World in One Night"-themed event, which was attended by teenagers fighting cancer as well as former patients, as Teen Vogue reports. While she was there, she spent time with fans, took a ton of photos and also did some dancing.

Needless to say, the actress-slash-singer's appearance made the event extra-special for attendees. The photos soon started popping up on Instagram, with one attendee calling the prom "lit" and another dubbing it the "best night ever."

And Gomez wasn't even the only highlight of the CHOC prom; current and former members of the Grey's Anatomy cast Sarah Drew, Kevin McKidd, Caterina Scorsone and James Pickens, Jr. were all there, plus Jumanji star Jack Black, according to Today.
